Jim Randel, a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law, has made his living as an entrepreneur. During his 30-year career, Randel has been the lead investor in many real estate and business deals. Randel has also been a teacher and writer. Three years ago he wrote Confessions of a Real Estate Entrepreneur (McGraw-Hill, 2006) which reached #1 in several Amazon categories.
