Karen Gatt

Karen Gatt is a Melbourne mum of two. Born in Malta, she came to Australia when she was two years old. The incredible story of Karen's battle with obesity and how she finally overcame it by walking around the clothesline in her backyard has touched hearts worldwide, and Karen is now widely considered one of Australia's most popular weight loss gurus. In between running weekly support groups and making regular media appearances, she is also a busy mum of two teenage boys, Brendan and Ryan. She lives in Melbourne with her husband, Jason.
