Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg are the 2009 James Beard Award-winning co-authors of the bestselling book THE FLAVOR BIBLE, as well as the 2007 IACP "Cookbook of the Year" and Georges Duboeuf "Wine Book of the Year" WHAT TO DRINK WITH WHAT YOU EAT. Their other titles include BECOMING A CHEF, winner of the James Beard Book Award for Best Writing on Food; CULINARY ARTISTRY, a favorite of professional chefs globally; DINING OUT, a Finalist for both the IACP and James Beard Awards; CHEF'S NIGHT OUT; and THE NEW AMERICAN CHEF, an IACP Cookbook Award Finalist.
