Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg are the 2009 James Beard Award-winning co-authors of the bestselling book THE FLAVOR BIBLE, as well as the 2007 IACP "Cookbook of the Year" and Georges Duboeuf "Wine Book of the Year" WHAT TO DRINK WITH WHAT YOU EAT.
