Don Robertson
Don Robertson (1929-1999), lauded by The New Yorker as a "tremendously good writer," published eighteen books in his lifetime, including two others featuring Morris Bird III: The Sum and Total of Now and The Greatest Thing That Almost Happened, which was made into a movie starring James Earl Jones. Robertson is also the author of the highly acclaimed novels Praise the Human Season and The Ideal, Genuine Man.
