Amanda Bauer and Reese Campbell have planned there perfect
wedding. Halloween, what could be more fun? It's perfect
for this couple. And thanks to there union, three other
couples get to face the obstacles that have been keeping
them apart; or in one case, keeping them from having the
passion they both crave.
The first story is appropriately titled First Kiss, given
that, as soon as Bonnie Campbell and Drew Ericson's lips
touch, they both know it's forever. At first, Bonnie is
furious with Drew because the movie he's shooting is keeping
her brother and new sister-in-law from having the Bridal
Suite on their wedding night. When she confronts
him, she realizes it's the same man who had her thrown
in jail for trying to save birds on the set of a different
movie. Drew feels bad for having the room and gives it to
the happy couple. When Reese puts his sister in charge of
babysitting Drew during the Halloween
party after the reception, their relationship starts to
shift from adversaries to something else, but there are
still obstacles in their way.
The second story, Halfway There, is about Jazz
Wilkes and Blake Marshall. They have been working together
for the past two years. Jazz has a reputation for seeking
strictly sexual relationships. Blake has been biding
his time until she is ready for something serious.
Jazz has been hurt more times in her life then she cares to
think about. After her last heartbreak, she decided to
hit on guys who wanted one-night and nothing more; no
strings, no lies, no heartbreaks. At the reception, she
figures Blake is her man, but he turns her down. Deciding
to forget about him, she goes to the Halloween party looking
for a good time. Once Blake sees her in a Fairy Princess
costume, he starts to rethink his decision.
The last story, Last Call, is about Abby Bauer and Keith
Manning. The couple is engaged to be married, but when
Abby actively avoids catching the wedding bouquet, she and
Keith are both hit with the realization that things aren't
right with there relationship. Abby ends the engagement
because she wants a man who is passionate, worships her, and
can't keep his hands off her. In truth, Keith feels that way
about her, but he didn't think he could do those things with
her. At the costume party, Keith dresses up as one of Abby's
favorite movie characters, and slowly seduces her. When Abby
shares her fantasies with Keith, they work on making those
come true.
ANOTHER WILD WEDDING NIGHT was a fun, romantic read. Not
only did everyone have a wild fling, they also found there
happy ever after. Leslie Kelly is a very talented author. I
have read many of her books and I've loved each one. This is
the first anthology of Kelly's I've read. She did an
amazing job telling these tales quickly. But at the
same time, all the stories tie together. I love weddings,
and I love when you have stories where heroines find there
true love. If you want a quick read, and to
escape and have a wild wedding night, then you have to pick
this book up today! You'll love it!
