Stephanies is well known for her Crockpot blog: crockpot365.blogspot.com, also known as "A year of Slow Cooking". Wonderful ideas, and this is sourkraute weather. One dish I always take to out Christmas get togeather is saurkraute and pork - and it is always one of the first dishes gone, noone cooks it anymore. Thanks for sharing.
