I am a Beta male so I prefer them as heroes. I think about Alpha males as adding variety to my reading, not the other way around. I also prefer Beta females: Intellectual, flawed in some way, compassionate, unsure of herself and not drop dead gorgeous. Their stories are more interesting to me than the stories of Alphas. |
