Mt biggest balance issue is keeping my stress levels down. 2013 is the year I reclaim myself...I am getting back to taking Zumba, belly dancing , and possibly adding Pilates to the mix. I'm in the process of buying my first place so the exercise and reminding myself to breathe plus work on getting more sleep so I can handle the things life keeps throwing at me in a better & calmer frame of mind are at the top of my list for finding balance.
