Re: Over My Dead Body (1:24am November 18, 2009):

I have always liked going over to all of my Grandma's houses. Like everyone has said I could always count on getting a treat when I was younger. At one point I had my paternal grandmother, maternal grandmother, and paternal great grandmother alive. They lived within 30 minutes of each other. Now only my mom's mom is alive and she's 83 now. Alzheimer's has robbed her of much of her memory and each day I cherish the memories I have of times when she was vibrant and more alert. Good Lord I am going to miss her when she goes home to Heaven.
