I am happy to say that I am a person
who loves the written word. I have no
special preference, I just enjoy a
good story. Other than being with my
kidos in the evening, the 2nd best
part of my evening is when I can
escape into a novel and be somewhere
else. I'm currently a nursing student and
look forward to my breaks in between
semesters when I can read novels instead
of nursing books. My greatest love is my
family. My second love,......BOOKS! Features & PostsNo posts found.

Re: The Real Thing (11:21pm March 22, 2016):
My daughter. Holding her for the first time helped me to see that there was soooo much more in life than going to the next party. :)
Re: Best Friends with Benefits (11:15pm March 22, 2016):
So awesome! I have not ever played seven minutes in heaven and have yet to attend my high school reunion. I am looking forward to it though. Instead of seven minutes in heaven, we played spin the bottle and a game called "sex dice" that I only played once. ;) Thanks for the blog. I enjoyed it.
Re: Cowboy Resurrection (11:09pm March 22, 2016):

Re: Stop at Nothing (5:05am November 4, 2015):
I LOVE THEM! They always seem so much better than in real life. Keep them coming. Thank you!
Re: Viking Warrior Rising (5:04am November 4, 2015):
I have read novels about Vikings that involved time traveling. Awesome novels. My imagination never fails me when I read novels that include Vikings. I have never read one of your novels, so I'm pleased to be given an opportunity to receive one from fresh fiction.
Re: Blowback (4:51am November 4, 2015):
My life isn't something I would want incorporated into a novel. I read novels to escape my reality. I love a novel that makes my heart race. I'm more interested in seeing places that are talked about in the novels than finding out if a specific event truly occurred. Kinda like putting a face to a name. ;)
Re: The Survivors (8:16am October 12, 2015):
I would yes "yes". I am a psychiatric nurse and work in the field of psychiatry. I believe that everyone in this field changes lives. Not always for the better, but the majority of the time it is for the better. So, yes. It is easy for me to think of a Psychologist as a super hero. Thank you for this chance to read your book.
Re: Dark Before the Rising Sun (4:26am October 7, 2015):
No, I have never read one of her novels. After reading this excerpt, I'm looking forward to looking up some of her novels. Thank you.
Re: Thunder On The Plains (4:16am October 7, 2015):
On April Fool's day in 2009 by daughter Kerensa was born still. My heart was broken and felt like it would never heal. Up until that time I was a full time stay at home mom and wife. I had never graduated high school nor had a job for longer than 6 months at a time. I had dyslexia as a child and not very confident when it came to class work. Anyhow, losing my daughter really made me realize that life is very short. Losing her and surviving her loss gave me the courage to go back to school. I am happy to say that I am now a Psychiatric Nurse and I am very happy with my choice of becoming a nurse.
Re: Minotaur (7:14am October 4, 2015):
I start my days off by waking up with a list of things to do, a cup of juice or coffee (depending on how motivated I am for the day) and a book. If I haven't started reading the book from the beginning yet then I'll actually get things done. If I'm already "into" the book then forget it. Nothing get's done. It's always "Let me finish one more chapter" for me. Then I'm mad at myself come Sunday night when I realize that nothing was done. Oh well, there's always next weekend, right? Thanks for this post. Very funny and realistic. ;)
Re: A Different Side (6:50am October 4, 2015):

Re: Rose House (9:45pm May 24, 2014):
Very excited to read this book! It sounds as though it will keep my imagination going until the end, bring tears to my eyes, and have my heart racing. So excited! I am pleased that you enjoyed your travels and discovered new things. I plan to travel to Ireland next to discover more of my ancestors. Congratulations on this novel!
Re: Down Range (12:06pm December 2, 2013):
I haven't read any of your books yet. I'm looking for a new author to become interested in. I will be looking forward to reading one of your books. I have heard they are wonderful. Thank you and have a happy holiday season.
Re: Bikers and Pearls (9:41pm November 12, 2013):
Oh, and did I mention that my husband and I are bikers? lol We are the owners of a Harley Davidson Springer Softail. Very excited about this book!
Re: Bikers and Pearls (9:33pm November 12, 2013):
When I was a little girl, I had a very hard time learning things, like reading, due to dyslexia. Luckily I had an amazing mother. Even though my mother was a single mother, she still found creative ways to teach me how to read and write. Once I got the hang of it, I was hooked. Reading is very important in our home. My children read for an hour every night, and my husband and I also read for an hour together. He always laughs at me when we buy a new book because I jump up and down like a child in a candy store. I respect, love, and cherish books. I hope to write my own one day. My inspiration was my mother.
Re: Baer Truth (10:11pm October 3, 2011):
I live in the west, and I love every minute of it. Seeing the mountains everyday inspires romantic stories in my mind. I wish I had the time to put them on paper, but I am fulfilling my dream of becoming a nurse instead. When I find time for other things besides text books, I reach for a romantic novel and a glass of wine. I look forward to reading your novel next. Thank you.
Re: Shadow Games (7:29pm April 15, 2010):
My very first favorite books were historical romances, but recently I have fell in love with more of todays romance/mistery books. I'm very much looking forward to checking this book out. I'm sure I'll love it!
Re: The Highlander's Sword (6:36pm March 17, 2010):
I have always enjoyed stories with Irish and Scottish men in them. I am looking forward to reading your book. It would be an awsome birthday surprise for me to win it. I turn 26 this year, on the 26th day of March. Very excited. Thanks so much.
Re: Island Of The Swans (6:44pm February 8, 2010):
When I was sixteen years old, I picked up my first romance novel. Within the first chapter I was addicted. So addicted that when my grandmother asked if I minded rubbing her feet, I told her only if she would agree to continue reading my book aloud for me and she agreed. Of course it came to a very explicit scene and my grandmother, true to her word, remained reading even though she wore the BIGGEST blush for having to read such a thing to her 16 year old grandchild. It is a memory I will never forget.
Re: My Dearest Mr. Darcy (1:08pm January 8, 2010):
Well I have to say my favorite funny birth scene would have to be in "Look Who's Talking"...You know what I'm talking about...lol
Re: My Dearest Mr. Darcy (2:05pm January 7, 2010):
I have not read any of the three books, but I would love very much to be able to.
