Set in a universe where there's a department store selling dreams to people who walk into the store once they are asleep. This is where it might get a little unbelievable for some readers as we mainly follow Penny, also partly her Boss Dallergut - the one the store is named after, the latest recruit at the town's more popular dream store - DALLERGUT DREAM DEPARTMENT STORE. She starts at the reception, assisting the long-standing employee who is the head receptionist, you can say. There are five floors in the store selling dreams set up in various categories and each floor has a manager, all of whom we meet. Well if there's a dream packaged up to sell, there must be someone who must be making these dreams right?
There are dream makers and we meet the top five, Santa makes an appearance too along with leprechauns for good measure. We also witness the dream maker's awards, what dreams sell more, and a bit about their conception from the makers too.
