STEELSTRIKER is the second installment to the Skyhunter series by Marie Lu. Packed with suspense and action, this book goes quite heavy on the details. You’re really able to get a good sense of the world and characters with Lu’s writing style, allowing readers to really submerge themselves into the book.
I find Lu’s writing to be quite dense, meaning that every page has a lot of impact. There’s not much breathing room because the events happen so fast and are so hard-hitting. I think readers who enjoy a lot of worldbuilding and character development will enjoy this series a lot.
If you haven’t tried Marie Lu’s books out yet, then you’re missing out. Rife with beautiful action scenes and captivating characters, you’re guaranteed to enjoy this one!
