appear from the nightmares which help to explain them better
which is perfect for any parent.
Kwasny has created amazing
artwork throughout this beautifully designed book that is very
detailed and graphic. A perfect way to help describe the
characters or creatures that you may find in your dreams. My
favorite part is where the authors compare nightmares with the
real life situations and give helpful tips on how to get rid of
that situation, everything from fear to bullies. The nighty
check lists provide you with a list of what to do before
bedtime with places and things to skip. The pro tip section
gives you neat and helpful advice on how to stop the
nightmares. Also, there are fun facts that are sure to peak
your interest. The field notes section in the back of the book
is perfect for notes on how to deal with your nightmares and
you can also keep track of your dreams.
