WILDFIRE is book three in the The Hidden
Legacy series by Ilona Andrews. Each book is better and
better. Nevada and Rogan are now facing a battle against
Nevada's Grandmother. Nevada and her family have always
hidden their magic, but the cat is out of the box. Now the
reason they always hid it is in town and searching her for
heirs. Their paternal grandmother is the most feared woman
in the magical. She is ruthless and will stop at nothing to
get what she wants. What she wants right now is Nevada.
Rogan is a powerhouse of his own, Mad Rogan, the Scourge of
Mexico and the most feared man alive will stop at nothing to
protect Nevada. Together they are determined to stop the
conspiracy before more innocent people are harmed. As Nevada
gains control of her power and begins to understand the
extent of it, she quickly realizes she may have to take
extreme steps to protect herself and those she loves.
Eve and Roarke may be in trouble, Nevada and Rogan are
really giving them a run for their money when it comes to my
favorite couple. I can not say enough about the characters
in WILDFIRE or any of the other books in this series. They
get better and better. I know I already said that but it's
true. They way they work together, even when they fight,
they are grown enough to work through it. The relationships
are bound together by love, trust, respect, and loyalty, and
they work so well. The worst thing Ilona Andrews could do to
this series would be to destroy the strength of the
relationships she has built. She hasn't and hopefully
won't. It is what makes you love them and want to keep
reading. A world where magic lives with humanity and yet
follows different rules run by magical houses, which are
ruthless beyond belief is brilliant and so well done. If you
haven't read any in this series go get BURN FOR
ME, WHITE
HOT and this book, WILDFIRE. Then sit down and lose
yourself in the world of Nevada Baylor, Connor Rogan and
Nevada's crazy but wonderful family.
Nevada Baylor can’t decide which is more frustrating—
harnessing her truthseeker abilities or dealing with
Connor “Mad” Rogan and their evolving relationship. Yes,
the billionaire Prime is helping her navigate the complex
magical world in which she’s become a crucial player—and
sometimes a pawn—but she also has to deal with his ex-
fiancée, whose husband has disappeared, and whose damsel-
in-distress act is wearing very, very thin.
Rogan faces his own challenges, too, as Nevada’s magical
rank has made her a desirable match for other Primes.
Controlling his immense powers is child’s play next to
controlling his conflicting emotions. And now he and
Nevada are confronted by a new threat within her own
family. Can they face this together? Or is their world
about to go up in smoke?
