ACTING ON IMPULSE is the first book in the Love on Cue book series and can easily be read as a standalone. The story centers around Tori and Carter who meet on a plane bound for Aruba. Tori isn't having the best week after a very nasty public break-up with her boyfriend. Carter recently lost a lot of weight for a movie role. They both feel that a trip to Aruba with rest, relaxation, and no drama is a much-needed getaway.

The moment they meet both realize everything they planned just went right out the window. The characters are over the top making this novel a fun easy read with lots of laughs and drama. Aruba is the perfect backdrop for this drama filled romance. Carter is true Hollywood with his many fronts he creates to keep people at a distance. Never allowing anyone to get too close, always having walls up. He immediately in his mind starts calling Tori his future wife. Throughout the novel, you get more depth as his character starts to come to life.

Tori's character is full of life and a joy to read about. She has a straightforward and overconfident personality. Together they make for a steamy drama filled read that will have you wanting to turn the pages faster than you can read leaving you wanting more. ACTING ON IMPULSE is a great read for anyone who loves a steamy drama-filled romance novel.
