Dr. Tzivia Khalon finally has her own dig in Saudi Arabia.
Perhaps she can redeem herself from the disaster of a few
years ago. Dropping into a pool of water, she finds some
ancient artifacts that could prove the Israelites camped
here after leaving Egypt. But disaster strikes the
archeological dig when a plague is released from the site,
workers begin to die and some of Tzivia's finds are stolen.
Cole "Tox" Russell is lured back from the dead to head up a
black ops mission to find the person responsible for
killing the ex-president of the United States. He's teamed
up with FBI agent Kacey Cortez to build a team and cross
the globe in search of a killer. Cole and Kacey haven't
seen each other for several years, Kacey presuming Cole is
dead. She knows who he is, but Cole only knew her by the
name Haven. How long will it take him to realize who he is
work with?
Their mission ties them into the disaster at Tzivia's dig
in Saudi Arabia. Now they are not only searching for a
killer, but also a way to stop this deadly plague. Cole and
Kasey, along with the members of his team, Tzivia and her
colleague Dr. Joseph Cathey crisscross several continents
in search of an ancient secret organization trying to
annihilate political leaders.
Here's a dynamic thriller that moves at warp speed, but I
could still not read fast enough. I've been a fan of Ronie
Kendig for some time, and I think this is her finest work.
CONSPIRACY OF SILENCE is a riveting tale that measures up
to and possibly exceeds any of Indiana Jones' expeditions
or THE DIVINCI CODE. The plot is fast-paced, gut-wrenching
and extremely suspenseful, zipping from DC to the Mid-East,
back to New York and on to England and Spain. The
characters are compelling and very realistic, having their
human flaws, but still standing strong. Ms. Kendig bases
her story on Numbers 16 from the Bible, along with other
writings about ancient artifact, secret societies and
Jewish beliefs. If military black ops and international
espionage is your genre, with a little touch of romance, do
not miss this compelling novel!
