Piper and her twin sister Keona have been running from the
Olympians and Rogues their whole lives. Though Olympians,
they are outcast due to the things their mother did when
they
were younger. So hiding has been their only choice. They
both
have very strong and rare powers The Rogues will do
anything to get and the Olympians will do anything to
protect.
Piper has been dreaming about the same man for so long, and
they
have fallen in love in her dreams. She can only hope it's
real, and it
isn't only a dream. Recently Piper has been distracted by
her
love disappearing from her dreams, and Keona has met
Evander.
When she realizes Evander is a Castille, a member of the
family
who rules the Olympians, she knows her problems have only
just
begun. Now the Rogues have finally found Keona and Piper, but the
Olympians
are distracted with much bigger problems. Their lives and
the
lives of those around them are in serious danger. If you have never read one of the books in Joanna Grace's
Divine Chronicles series then you need to pick them
up right
now. It's never too late to start reading a really good
series. You will enjoy her twist on the Olympians, the way
they live and how they interact with the rest of the world. Joanna Grace writes a story not only about love but about
loss
and the depth of the human, and Olympian, heart. Speaking
of loss—be
prepared. I swear she is the George R.R. Martin of romance. Suspense is also a favorite of hers. The end of DIVINE
ENCOUNTER will have you yelling "no way." Be
careful where you read it—people will stare. The adventures of Piper and Keona twist in with the story
lines of the other books in the Divine Chronicles
series.
Joanna Grace has created such wonderful characters: strong
women, strong both physically and mentally, and men who
aren't
overly pushy and full of an annoying amount of
testosterone, but
worlds away from weak. You will enjoy DIVINE ENCOUNTERS by
Joanna Grace. It's a book written for the Gods.
