SEE YOU AT SUNSET is the third book in the Seashell
Bay
series by V.K. Sykes.
Holly Tyler is a successful business woman and was in the
middle of the biggest move of her professional life,
leaving
a successful firm in Boston and moving to New York, when
her
aunt suffers from a bad panic attack. Now she needs to
return to her hometown, Seashell Bay Island, to run her
aunt's business and brings the business in better shape.
Micah Lancaster is a deputy Sheriff on the Island and has
wanted Holly for years. He knows she's got a boyfriend and
her return is temporary. Seeing her again, and the
attraction between them, make him finally show her how
much he wants her.
After losing her husband Holly is afraid to fall in love
especially with a deputy Sheriff. Now can she decide
between
her jobs and her relationship with Micah?
V.K.Sykes does an excellent job in SEE YOU AT SUNSET by
bringing in
the mystery of break-ins and the great chemistry between
Holly and Micah. I enjoyed reading this sweet romance of a
protective hero
and a heroine who cares so much for her aunts that she puts
her life on hold in order to help them. The residents of
Seashell Bay are such delights, who are willing to aid
Holly
and show her that she belongs to Seashell Bay.
Although Micah is busy dealing with the mystery of who is
breaking
into the resident's homes and stealing their prescription
medicines, still he makes time to show Holly how much he
loves her. SEE YOU AT SUNSET is an engaging contemporary
romance with a
nice plot. There is romance, suspense, and fun characters!
DEEPER THAN ANY OCEAN . . .
All Holly Tyler wants is a fantastic career, a not-too-
committed relationship, and a city where there
are no painful memories. Instead, she's called back to
her hometown of Seashell Bay to help with her
family's struggling general store. It's a town where
everyone knows everyone, and where one man could
sink Holly's careful plans.
Deputy Sheriff Micah Lancaster has wanted Holly for as
long as he can remember. He knows she has a life
on the mainland-and a boyfriend-and that there's no real
future with her. But now Holly is back and the
attraction still flickers between them, a promise of
something more. Their desire is stronger than any
undertow . . . and once it pulls them under, it won't let
go.
