WEDDING NIGHT WITH THE EARL is the third book in the Heirs' Club series by Amelia Grey and can be read as a stand- alone novel.
Amelia Grey did a wonderful job in her third book in this amazing series. Her stories are beautifully written with the heartbreaking moments and fun and exciting plots that keep the story delightful and fast-paced.
For the past two years Adam Greyhawke would have welcomed death because of the guilt of losing his wife in childbirth, but now as the new Earl of Greyhawke and guardian of a small boy, he needs to return to London and take care of his responsibility. He doesn't have a choice He is done with marriage and is happy to have an heir for earldom until he meets the stunningly beautiful Katharine Wright who captures his curiosity and desire.
Miss Katharine Wright is a beautiful heiress and the niece of a Duke. She had lost all her family in a coach accident and broken her leg in the same accident. Unfortunately after a fall two years later, she broke her leg again. Now she can't dance or walk without a cane, but when the handsome rogue, Adam, asks her to dance with him in her uncle house party, Katharine realizes he is different from all her suitors, and there is an instant attraction between them.
Imagine their attraction...and they keep finding themselves in the scandalous situations, but Adam and Katharine have lost loved ones and each is coping with their lost differently. Adam doesn't want to marry again and have a child, and Katharine wants to have lots of children to name after her sibling.
WEDDING NIGHT WITH THE EARL is absolutely a well-developed romance with great and witty banter between the hero and heroine. I can't wait to read more books by Amelia Grey.
Adam Greyhawke is through with marriage. After losing his wife at a young age, he’s more interested in carousing and gambling at the Heirs’ Club than taking another trip to the altar. When his obligations as the Earl of Greyhawke thrust him into the heart of Society, he dreads the boredom that only a ballroom can inspire in a roguish scoundrel. That is, until he meets a bewitching young woman who captures his curiosity—and reminds him just how delicious desire can be.
Miss Katharine Wright is accustomed to men interested only in her generous dowry. Adam’s attraction is far more powerful—he tests her wits and her courage at every turn, until she finds herself longing to fulfill an everlasting passion she never imagined was possible. But the breathtakingly handsome nobleman is as stubborn as he is scandalous, and Katharine must be the one to convince him that real love is worth any risk…
