Beatrix has been betrayed and it cost her the only things that mattered: her husband killed and her daughter taken. After ten years she has recovered her daughter and now she can get revenge against those who took her.
As her arm fills up with tattoos that represent those she has killed in revenge, she ensures there is room for a few more. Now she is off to Iraq to find the next person on her list and kill him. Only it's not going to be easy. He is head of a security team and well protected in a very dangerous country. Beatrix however is not a normal person. She is good, very good, and since her time is running short, she is determined to finish her list and ensure her daughter's safety.
BLOOD MOON RISING, book two in the the trilogy featuring Beatrix Rose by Mark Dawson doesn't fail to deliver. The story is captivating, quickly drawing the reader in and trapping them in the world of Beatrix. You feel her pain and understand the reasons for what she is doing, even if at times it feels a little crazy. The people she is killing are threatening her child and she has no choice.
I love this series by Mark Dawson and know book three will be a wonderful conclusion.
