Glory is planning a wedding for her good friend, Karen
and Riley. Her present for the two of them should be
done but Glory hasn't heard from the quilt maker. She
drives to Alabama only to discover her friends are
missing.
She returns home to discover that her business neighbor
has had a mild heart event. Miss Pansy wants Glory to
buy her business. Glory has been saving money to buy out
her obnoxious cousin and isn't sure how she will get the
money to buy the coffee house.
After several days of not hearing back from Beth, Glory
is really worried. That worry increases after two bodies
are found near her house.
With all that is going on, the last thing Glory needs is
a murder to investigate. But that is what she ends up
with. Convinced that Beth and her husband are innocent,
Glory starts an investigation that will lead not only to
the killer but to an old love rekindled.
Ms. Fifield's Haunted Souvenir Shop Mysteries are
always
enjoyable. There are some wonderful characters in the
books that support Glory in her quests. The mysteries
are tightly plotted with just enough scary moments to
keep the adrenline pumping. I can't wait for the next in
the series.

Glory learns that two men were found murdered near Beth and Everett’s home and that the couple is wanted for questioning. Believing they are innocent, Glory convinces them to cooperate with authorities.
