THE MARRAIGE SEASON is Book Three in the Brides of
Bliss County series.
Three best friends Hadleigh, Melody and Bex made a
marriage
pact among themselves. Hadleigh and Melody have found
love, married and are expecting their first child. Bex
feels that she will never have a chance at marriage again
because the man she was engaged to marry was killed in
Afghanistan. So she focuses all her attention on running
her fitness club chains.
After his disastrous marriage, single father Tate Calder
moves to Mustang Creek with his two boys where he works on
establishing his new business.
Bex and Tate are constantly thrown together because of the
friendship between her nephew and Tate's two boys.
Because his marriage was a disaster, Tate had vowed to
never marry again. But when he and Bex feel a mutual
attraction he's rethinking that vow.
This is a story about trust and insecurity. When you lose
someone you love to death can take that leap of faith and
give love another try? And when someone breaks a trust
you
had in them are you willing to put yourself out there to
try with someone else? Sometimes the second time around
can be good and sometimes even better. You just have to
be
willing to step out there and give it a chance.
THE MARRIAGE SEASON can be read as a standalone but the
other two in
the series are very enjoyable and you get to find out how
these friendships began. I recommend that you read
Hadleigh and Melody's stories. They will provide you with
great entertainment and some humor along the way.
Ms. Miller knows how to weave a tale to keep you reading.
Her books are very entertaining! Some of her books are
series where you get a chance to read about each of her
characters and their storylines.
Will the marriage pact be fulfilled? Return to Mustang
Creek, Wyoming, with #1 New York Times bestselling author
Linda Lael Miller for more Brides of Bliss County!
Since Hadleigh, Melody and Bex—the best of best friends—
entered into a marriage pact, two of them have found (and
married) the men of their hearts. But Bex doesn't think
she'll be as fortunate as the others. Her own first love
died years ago in a faraway war, and Bex has lost hope for
a happy marriage of her own. She concentrates on her
business, a successful chain of fitness clubs, instead.
Then, when single father Tate Calder comes to Mustang
Creek with his two sons in tow, who befriend Bex's eight-
year-old nephew, she and the handsome, aloof newcomer are
constantly thrown together. But is the marriage season
over? Or can a man with doubts about love be the right
husband for a woman who wants it all?
