Francesca "Frankie" De Luca is fiercely independent and
has always felt that she needed to pay her debts.
Driving a cab and attending school in order to bring her
business plan into a reality is her goal. Frankie has
always been aware her circumstances and never let anyone
pay for her or be someone's charity case. But underneath
everything she has a submissive side that she is just
aching to let out.
Frankie secures a meeting with Manhattan's BDSM Club
owner, her plan to pay back the scholarship she received
from his family. Knowing this will also give her an
opportunity to check out what the club also have to
offer. On her way out of the club, she stumbles to an

from his bag. When she slips into the room with him, she
comes face to face with Porter Evans.
Porter Evans is all about control. He thrives on it. He
certainly knows this beautiful tomboy with ripped jeans
is not the woman who was arranged to be in his room with
him. So he plays along, tempting this woman giving her a
spanking that takes her to orgasm......quickly. Before he
can form a complete thought, she is out the door.
Knowing he is not a man that seeks a permanent
submissive, he knows one night with this woman will not
be enough. He proposes a solution, she will work for him
until 5pm and then afterward...he will give her a taste
of the world she so desperately craves.
Porter led a solitary life until he met Frankie. He is
a changed man with her. Ready to offer everything she
wants, in bed, just not the family and children she
wants. He thinks he is not a good man for her...but he

I really enjoyed DRIVEN BY FATE. I loved Frankie and
Porter together. They had great chemistry and their
banter was light and comical. Although Porter did make a
lot of mistakes and pushed Frankie away, she knew where
her heart should be but just had to wait until Porter
realized it.
DRIVEN BY FATE is book five in the Serve series.
Each book
can be read out of order or as a stand alone. Although
this is the first book I have read from Tessa Bailey, I
will certainly look for more from her.
