Romance Paranormal
Jule Casale has a picture she has been trying to discover
information about. Her profession is art history and this
particular picture has been very difficult to find out
anything about. It is recommended that she meet with Rom
Montgomery to find out more information about the
painting.
She has a family with a dangerous history and they have
had
problems with Rom but she chooses to meet him anyway.
When Rom meets the persistent Jule Casale and discovers
she
has another picture like the one he keeps in his room, he
becomes driven to find out if there are more. He knows who
the artist is that painted them. Lawrence painted them
after
Rom left 600 years ago.
Rom believes they may hold the clues he needs to finally
die
and rest beside his beloved as he tried to 600 years ago.
He
can't explain that he is 600 years old to Jule so he goes
on
his own in pursuit of the pictures.
Jule not only wants to find these pictures but she has
even
more serious problems. She has been basically sold into
marriage by her father to a family friend. She refuses to
marry this man and chases after Rom believing he is trying
to steal her discovery. He betrothed won't let her leave
and
also chases after her to Verona, Italy. Causing a series
of
dangerous and deadly events leading up to an ending 600
years in the making.
FORBIDDEN KISS is a twist on a very old story. When I
realized what the author was doing I was at first
apprehensive, but I really enjoyed the way FORBIDDEN KISS
is
written. You have action, immortals, reincarnation, family
feuds that last centuries and everlasting love.
Shannon Leigh puts a lovely twist on one of the most
famous
and sad love stories of all time. FORBIDDEN KISS is the
love
story that has waited 600 years to be told.
