Regan Wakefield is quick to judge, usually accurately, and even quicker to act. SEDUCING THE BRDIESMAID by Katee Robert is a sexy and character-driven installment in the Wedding Dare Novels. With the groomsmen and bridesmaids each having such unique personalities, I was curious as to what bold Regan's story would be like, and it doesn't disappoint. From the beginning, Regan is clearly a woman who knows what she wants. She keeps her long term goals in mind, even if she lets herself have a little fun in the present. She contrasts so well with her love interest, Brock, who is so used to everyone writing him off that he has started to himself. In reality, they both are electric and passionate people who have chemistry that soars off the page. The complexity of their characters is wonderful.

There are several steamy scenes that will have you blushing while reading it. What I love most about them is how take charge Regan is. She doesn't deny they are attracted to each other even though she doesn't see anything beyond that at first, and she doesn't bother trying to ignore either fact. She's confident and knows what she wants, and the battles between her and Brock over who is boss are so fun.

Though you don't have to read each installment of the Wedding Dare Novels to know what's going on, they go so well together that I would definitely recommend doing so. SEDUCING THE BRIDESMAID is a wonderful addition to the series, and Katee Robert certainly knows how to write strong characters.
