Avery McClain is just a normal girl living a normal life
until one night she is attacked and survives by turning to
fire. Avery is shocked, when she awakens and is being taken
to Haven the home of the Olympic Gods she is even more
shocked.
Avery had no idea such a world existed and does
not understand while all those around her are treating her
like royalty. Avery also has no clue why a man like Ryse,
the head of a strong powerful warrior bread is so
fascinated with her.
As Avery begins to care for Ryse she
discovers that she is destined to marry the Olympian
prince. Her whole world has changed, she is to be a Devine
Grace and marry a prince and all she wants is a quite life
and maybe Ryse. Ryse must convince her to step into her
position as Devine Grace and make sure she knows that she
belongs to him.
DIVINE DESTINY is the first in The Divine Chronicles
series
and I have to say it is off to a great start. Avery and
Ryse are wonderful characters as are all the member of the
Olympians Avery is living with. The bad guys are bad and
will stop at nothing to destroy the current line of
succession. Your shocked to learn who betrays who and I will
not spoil it but the ending, seriously how could Joanna
Grace do
that?
The next book in the series promise to be great and I
may have to write a few emails maybe she could undo that? (
still not spoiling it) You will thoroughly enjoy this book
and await the next as I do. DIVINE DESTINY is a terrific
story by a talented writer and I can see many more exciting
books in the series.
Avery McClain is normal. Or so she thinks. Until her life is shattered and she is rescued by a Thracian warrior. He takes her to the Haven, a realm of safety for the magical race of Olympians. There she discovers her life was meant for a higher calling as the mate of an Olympian Prince. Her choice will change everything. Ryse Castille has one job: convince Avery to step into her role as a Divine Grace. As with any mission, there are obstacles to overcome. Including the fact he is captivated by her. Of all the gifts the gods have given him, romance was not included. But Avery belongs to him and he will stop at nothing to protect her. The enemy might be closer than they think. Can Avery find the courage to embrace her destiny? Or will evil separate them for eternity?
