A MILLION GUILTY PLEASURES by C.L. Parker is the second and final book of Million Dollar series. The first book left off abruptly, and this one picks up right after it. Delaine "Laine" Talbot was purchased for two million dollars by millionaire Noah Crawford in the first book. All Noah wanted was a woman available to satisfy his insatiable sexual appetite, but he does the unthinkable, he falls in love with her.

IN A MILLION GUILTY PLEASURES, Noah has found out why Delaine had sold herself at the auction, and that was to save a life. The money going to pay for a heart transplant for her mother. Noah has come to terms with his feelings for Delaine, and tells her. However, He feels guilty about the contract and does the only thing he feels is the right.......he lets her go.

Delaine is absolutely heartbroken that Noah ripped up the contract and let her go. She is relieved that Noah did at least tell her how he felt about her. However, he didn't give her a chance to tell him how she feels about him. However, before she can get to his office to tell him, her best friend Dez shows up at the Crawford Mansion to bust her out. Delaine's mother has taken a turn for the worst and they are gathering the family. At her mother's bed side, Delaine can't help but wish Noah was here with her.

After a call from Polly, Noah calls in a favor and recruits the top heart surgeon to take over Delaine's mother's care. Once Noah arrives, their relationship is now out in the open. The couple is now determined to make their relationship work. They are putting all their energy into making it work.

When David finds out about the contract between Noah and Delaine, he uses it as leverage in his plans to take over Scarlet Lotus. However, he didn't plan on Delaine's rejection. David goes into a rage of anger and attacks Delaine. When Noah comes to Delaine's rescue, the pair have to find a way to get a step ahead of David, knowing his next move will be to go in front of the board of directors at Scarlet Lotus.

A MILLION GUILTY PLEASURES is a great conclusion to Noah and Delaine's story. I love how these two came together and didn't let anyone or anything come between them. They were very upfront and honest with each other and didn't play into the drama of others and the mind games. The main characters are strong and mature. I also love the secondary characters, they also made the story more entertaining. Their love for the main characters was what everyone looks for in their friends. I do hope that C. L. Parker comes out with perhaps a spin off series with these characters. C. L. Parker will certainly be an author I will be checking for more titles from.
