In KD Grace's debut novel, THE INITIATION OF MS. HOLLY, Rita Holly, a modern, independent, and intelligent journalist from American, is in London to make it on her own, without using her family's name.

An encounter with a stranger on a stalled Eurostar train reveals her true nature. Rita never has the opportunity to see Edward's face, but his touch and his voice have set her on fire. She leaves with nothing but his first name, phone number, and new way to look at chocolate truffles. With the help of her friend, or I should say, forced by her friend, Rita contacts Edward again. He asks her to meet him at The Mount. Soon she learns that he is a member of an ancient sexual society known as The Mount. The Mount hides in plain sight in London's exclusive restaurant and club.

In order for her and Edward to be together, she first must pass initiation. Due to a mysterious vow, Edward is required to wear a mask in her presence to conceal his identity. Edward introduces her to the others on the High Council. Rita must pass her sexual initiation test with each before she can get her full membership, but there is one on the council that is determined for Rita to fail.

Rita passes each sexual initiation with ease and high regards from those council members. However, when an article is printed in her name with The Mounts secret rituals and rules, she is thrown out without a second thought. Devastated, frustrated, and potentially out of a job, she returns home. She knows she has not written the article; she never had a chance to. Rita has been told by Edward that she is the key to everything. She just doesn't know what that is until her mother shows up on her doorstep and reveals secrets of her own to Rita. For once in her life, Rita is grateful for her mother's influence and arrival.

I really enjoyed THE INITIATION OF MS. HOLLY by KD Grace The characters are dynamic and well written into their roles. The story line just sucks you right in. Each chapter delivers a new sexual escapade with a touch of romance tucked in there. If you don't like a lot of sex in your novels, you might want to pass on this one. Otherwise, THE INITIATION OF MS. HOLLY is the right book for you. KD Grace is a new author for me, so I can't wait to see what else she has out!
