SECRETS AND SATIN is the story of Jade Jax and Max Devlin. They have known each other for many years in the DEA but were separated when Max left to go work for MacKenzie security. Now they are thrown back together on a mission to stop an international terrorist. The terrorist has taken the daughter of a U.S. Senator and is using her to get the senator to stop a bill in congress. As Jade and Max work together old sparks between them fly and things seriously heat up. If only they can survive the mission maybe they have a chance at a life together.
Liliana Hart as always has written a great story. Jade and Max aren't MacKenzie's but they are part of the family. The MacKenzies keep their friends as close as they do each other and these two have been accepted as part of the family. As they work alongside each other their feelings grow and you enjoy watching them work as one.
SECRETS AND SATIN is a must read either alone or along with the rest of the MacKenzie Family series.
