WICKED DANGEROUS combines Shayla Black's and
Rhyannon Byrd's Dangerous Tides Series and gives
readers two
novellas with suspense and packed with passion. Having read
novels by Shayla Black before, this one did not disappoint
either! Rhyannon Byrd is a new author for me. Having not
read anything by her before, this story has piqued my
interest even more. I loved her style of writing.
Both are short stories, so there is little room for back
story, but both of these ladies were able to pull it off
flawlessly.
Wicked All Night - Shayla Black
Rachel Linden is an elementary school teacher who changed
her town, her job, and her life after her divorce. While
out celebrating her birthday with friends, Rachel decides to
do something else she has never done, take a man home.
Decker has been approached by a man who tries to hire him to
kill a woman. After seeing a picture of the woman, he
accepts the job in order to buy some time and figure out who
and why someone would want her dead. When he sees Rachel in
a bar, Decker does everything he can to make sure he is the
only going home with her. It is the only way to protect her
and still be able to figure out who hired him. But the more
time he spends with Rachel, the more he feels like this is
not just sex to him.
Make Me Yours - Rhyannon Bryd Lily Heller is on the run. While vacationing with her
father and his girlfriend Nancy, in the Bahamas, a known
terrorist makes a move their boat. Her father and Nancy
are
murdered and thrown overboard. Lily's only option is to
escape
and find the one man that she trusts to keep her safe.
Sheriff deputy, Scott Ryder is just coming back from a run,
when he is confronted by a shadow from his past, Lily asking
for him to protect her from the terrorist he thought long
dead.
As the threat to Lily gets closer, the pair have trouble
keeping their hands off one other. And when these two come
together, it is raw primal passion. Problem is, neither can
tell themselves that it is just sex between them.
Both stories combine to make one steamy romance and heart-
racing
suspensful book. WICKED AND DANGEROUS is a definite must
read!
