How far would you go to get relief? If you're Craig Horsey,
you'll go all the way.
Craig Horsey goes to a therapist, seeking to mend his
damaged psyche. On his first visit with Dr. Krone, he is
subjected to an unorthodox treatment that has him hooked up
to a device that the good doctor claims will take him back
to relive past memories and fix him right up. Unfortunately,
it's not that easy. The machine taps into Craig's worst
subconscious fears. His own personal monsters, madmen and
incredible terrors are now turning his past into a
nightmare. In order to survive this game, Craig must uncover
the truth about Dr. Krone and escape the machine, while he
battles to keep his sanity from the deadly visions. The
catch is, if he dies in his mind, he dies in reality.
PSYCHO THERAPY makes you think. It makes you think about new
procedures, new doctors, and really any unknown in the
medical field, or at least it did for me. Alan Spencer
executes this tale with astute and inventive techniques and
exposition. His attention to detail allows the reader to
fall into the pages, escaping into Craig's horrible reality.
It left an impression on me that lasted for days and I admit
that I had a few strange dreams that I chalked up to
Spencer's writing. PSYCHO THERAPY is for the horror and suspense
lovers and comes with my recommendations.
