Inspirational Romance | Inspirational Mystery

Annalise Decker has a safe, ordered and happy life. She loves her husband and adores her three children. Her family is doing just fine. The volunteer work Annalise does in her community is very fulfilling, and her husband Nathan is running for mayor of Deep Haven, a small town in northern Minnesota. People say Annalise is the perfect person to be a mayor's wife. As she walks into a local coffee shop one day, she sees Frank Harrison, and her perfect world isn't so perfect anymore.

Frank is the handler who relocated Annalise to Deep Haven 20 years ago as part of the Witness Security Program after she testified against a drug lord in St. Louis. The drug dealer vowed to hunt Annalise down, torture and kill her when he got out of jail. His life sentence was cut short when prisons became overcrowded and he's been released. Frank believes Luis Garcia is on his way to Deep Haven to kill Annalise and her family. He's already murdered another person involved in the investigation. How does Annalise tell her family that she is not who they think she is? Can she pack up, relocate again and become someone else once more?

YOU DON'T KNOW ME is a perfect blend of inspirational and romantic thriller. Susan May Warren's characters and storyline are well-developed and believable. Just when you think you know what's going to happen next, the plot goes in another direction entirely. She keeps you on the edge of your seat with every turn and twist. The pages are filled with inspirational thoughts about God's promises that will bless your heart. And Warren adds just the right touch of romance to her story to soften the tone. This is a wonderful story about being open, honest and forgiving. This is one book you should definitely read!

SUMMARY

To everyone who knows her, Annalise Decker is a model wife and mother. She’s a permanent member of the PTA, never misses her kids’ sporting events, and is constantly campaigning for her husband’s mayoral race.

No one knows that Annalise was once Deidre O’Reilly, a troubled young woman whose testimony put a dangerous criminal behind bars. Relocated through the Witness Security Program to the sleepy town of Deep Haven, Deidre got a new identity and a fresh start, which began when she fell in love with local real estate agent Nathan Decker. Twenty years later, Annalise couldn’t be more unprepared for her past to catch up with her. When Agent Frank Harrison arrives with news that the man she testified against is out on bail and out for revenge, Annalise is forced to face the consequences of her secrets. Will she run again, or will she finally find the grace to trust those she loves most with both her past and her future?
