As Marguerite Argeneau and Julius are enjoying their
honeymoon Marguerite comes across a young woman who she
recognizes as her son's life mate. Carolyn has come to the
resort to lick her wounds. Having just finalized her divorce
she is in no hurry to meet anyone let alone date some one.
So the Argeneaus come up with a plan to help Christian win
Carolyn over. The cousins lead Carolyn to believe that
Christian is gay and needs a woman to pretend to be his girl
friend so his family will leave him alone.
UNDER A VAMPIRE MOON is a great installment in the
Argeneau series. I always
enjoy reading each new book and this one is no different. I
found myself laughing out loud at times at the family's
antics. As always it is a fun and entertaining time whenever
we visit the family.
UNDER A VAMPIRE MOON is fast paced and full of
romance and fun. I really like Christian and was happy to
see him find his life mate. UNDER A VAMPIRE MOON is the
latest book in this series and to get a better understanding
of the characters you need to read the previous books in the
series.
Marguerite and Christian's cousins had me laughing
throughout this book with their exploits in trying to get
Christian and Carolyn together. Just when Christian thinks
he's made some headway with Carolyn along comes a rival in
Captain Jack, which makes for an entertaining read. I loved
seeing Carolyn finally get what she deserved in life. She is
a good woman who has gone through some bad times.
Seeing
Carolyn and Christian begin to bond was a great read. I had
to laugh when one of the cousins finds out that Carolyn has
mistaken him as gay and he tries to transform himself to
prove to her that he is straight. I did find it rather
annoying that after Carolyn found out what her so called
friend Bethany and her ex - husband were up to she chooses
to let it all go.
Lynsay sands brings these characters vividly to life making
readers feel as if they are part of the family as well
and enjoying a wonderful visit. UNDER A VAMPIRE MOON is a
beautiful love
story with lots of laughs include. The love of this family
is strong and we can see that they truly care about each
other. I enjoyed this visit and cannot wait to see just who
in the Argeneau family will meet their life mate next.
When Vampires Go On Vacation . . .
Escaping a horrible marriage, Carolyn Connor has no desire
to think about men—a vow she's determined to keep while on
vacation in St. Lucia. She'll take the Caribbean sun and sea
and plenty of tropical drinks with those cute umbrellas
poolside, thank you. She absolutely does not need male
company, no matter how tan and rock-hard his body may be.
Easy enough, but then Carolyn meets the charming Marguerite
Argeneau, who is infamous among her family for her
matchmaking prowess . . .
Christian Notte has well known the power of finding a life
mate. He's seen enough of his Argeneau relatives taken down
for the count, but he never imagined he'd let himself fall
in love—until he meets the enthralling, charmingly skittish,
and oh-so-mortal Carolyn. But how will he reveal what he is
and still convince this once-bitten mortal to trust him with
her heart . . . and her forever?
