Eric Yashido doesn't like sleeping on his best friend's
couch. He's here because Kyra, his wife of 20 years, kicked
him out of their home. She read an e-mail that suggested
Eric and a coworker were having an affair. At the time that
wasn't quite accurate, but after Kyra kicked him out, Eric
did commit adultery with Danielle, the coworker. It was the
