successfully and cleverly kept her brother from having any

her uncle, Clarissa comes in contact with a gentleman who
assumes she is a woman lacking certain character and offers
her a proposition she isn't sure she can turn down.
Unfortunately, not all is as it seems and the danger
surrounding Clarissa's brother is more than she can handle.
If she plays her cards right, the man's proposal might be a
means to an end -- hers.
