A serial killer known as the BoneMan is again on the loose due to a technicality in his prosecution. He's called the BoneMan because after abducting innocent young girls, he murders them by slowly breaking their bones without breaking their skin. Police speculate that he thinks of himself as the perfect father in search of the perfect daughter. Of course, each new girl never lives up to his high expectations, so he has to get rid of her and try again.
