Lt. Eve Dallas is on the trail of a serial killer the press has dubbed "the Groom." But the killer is not a new enemy; he's returned after a long hiatus and plans to make Eve his final victim. His victims all have one common denominator -- they're all tied to Roarke in one way or another. This gives Eve an open door to using her "civilian consultant" and, of course, she's determined to put herself in the hot seat, tempting the killer to come after her before anyone else dies at his hands.

CREATION IN DEATH, the 25th installment in the "in Death" series, is one of Robb's (Roberts) best. The characters are as fresh and exciting as they've ever been, and the story is classic Eve Dallas. It's going to be very hard to wait for the next installment, as it always is. If you haven't delved into the world of Eve Dallas before, stop denying yourself. What a treat -- an excellent read!
