Alexandra Butler is a self-sufficient woman. After her
husband left her, she went to college and worked hard to
make her interior design business successful. Her
business in Piper Cove is thriving, and now her father has
asked her to help with her sister Lynn's wedding. Alex
recruits her best friends, the Bosom Buddies - Jan, Ellen,
and Sue Ann to help with the wedding plans. As they are
discussing the preliminary details, Josh Turner walks in.
He hasn't been seen in Piper Cove in sixteen years since
he left Alex behind to pursue his dream. At the sight of

back to his hometown. He returns to Piper Cove to be the
best man in a wedding, the wedding for Alex's sister,
Lynn. Alex's father, B.J. has never liked him, and Josh
has to squash the urge to rub his success in B.J.'s face.
He knows that no amount of success will change the fact
that he hurt B.J.'s little girl. Once he sees Alex, he
knows that she is no longer the same woman that he left
behind. Will he be able to convince her that he has
changed? Will they be able to have a second chance at
love?
Linda Windsor has written an uplifting romance. Her
characters are believable and far from perfect. Alex is a
woman who likes to be in control, but she cannot seem to
trust herself when she is around Josh. Josh cannot
believe how much he is in love with Alex, but he knows
that he has to go slow. Each has to learn to rely on God
to give them the strength they need to be together. The
Bosom Buddies are a wonderful group of friends, but they
can also be a bit mischievous. They provide a great bit
of fun. Ellen, Jan, and Sue Ann each have their own
stories coming out, and I cannot wait to read about the
men who take their lives by storm. WEDDING BELL BLUES is
a fantastic romance that proves that sometimes there is a
second chance for love.
