Ms. Britton pens an intriguing tale with compelling characters, fascinating plot and a love powerful enough to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Rebecca is a lovely woman trying to hold on to a lost love and a business. She is afraid to open her heart again. Adam is oh so yummy and has also had his heart broken in a different way. Only Adam has a lovely daughter who tries to make his world right again. I truly enjoyed reading these characters. My heart broke for their pain and soared at the chance for them to find happiness again. I held my side laughing from the witty bantering. I also used tissues when the tears started falling from the wonderful romance and pain of both characters. I really look forward to reading more of Ms. Britton's work and highly recommend ON THE EDGE.
