Hughes' debut novel is just the right blend of humor and passion. The characters are so likeable that the reader often forgets they are just make-believe. Being a veteran of the soap opera world, Hughes gives the reader juicy tidbits of life behind the scenes which is rarely revealed. Laugh out-loud and downright comical!
