Crime is practically non-existent except for the disappearance of a teenage girl in 1986. Steven's death sets off a chain of events that has the town on edge and uncovers 20 years of lies and deception; which not only ties Grace to the community, but also to those who grew up there.
I extremely enjoyed this intriguing and sexy read!! The way the characters are introduced to the reader one by one allows us to get to know and understand each of them intimately. I strongly suggest this book to anyone who likes to guess "who done it." Ms. Heggan will definitely be missed in this industry, as this is her final novel.
Museum curator Grace McKenzie is shocked when she receives
