Kate Lyon

Kate Lyon writes romance with a hint of the paranormal. Swept off her feet in an odd, whirlwind romance, she expects the unexpected and brings that mysticism to her writing. Raised ‘out west,’ Kate has lived in six states and overseas, but the stories of Native America hold her interest. First in The Captive series, her debut novel, Time’s Captive, co-won the 2003 RT/Dorchester “New Voice In Romance Contest” and was a LoveSpell release in July 2004. Award-winning, highly-acclaimed Hope’s Captive followed in January 2006. Kate’s third novel, Destiny’s Captive, an October 27, 2009 Leisure release, completes the series. Kate lives in north Texas where she welcomes mail from her reader.
