Madalyn Reese lives a... ahem, quiet life in Central Minnesota with her husband, 3 young children, 2 cats, and dog. She started writing out of sheer boredom, and nothing's been the same since.

Now she has an excuse to blurt lines of dialogue in the grocery store. And if someone looks at her strangely, she pretends she's talking to her kids. And no more men in white coats, either. There are supposed to be voices in her head.

On any given day, she can be found in front of the computer, making stuff up, or fooling around with her friends at eHarlequin, where she's known on the boards as WaxingSarcastica, a nickname she came by quite naturally.
