Barbara Karmazin

Ms. Barbara Karmazin is a SF/Romance author with Atlantic Bridge Publications. With 27 years of experience as a bilingual (Spanish/English) caseworker under her belt, she brings a unique blend of multicultural knowledge to her fiction. When she was seven, she read George MacDonald's "The Light Princess" and has been an avid reader of Science Fiction and Fantasy ever since. She incorporates the same sense of adventure and wonder to her stories. Three of her short SF stories were published by Hadrosaur Tales, a small print SF magazines. Her novel DOWN CAME A BLACKBIRD is a Silver Moon Chalice Nominee and Fab Five finalist. She is currently hard at work on a prequel entitled COVENANTS and sequel entitled OUT OF THE DARK in between her day job as a social worker and life with her spouse, two dogs and one cat.
