Ellis Vidler

Ellis Vidler is a writer and editor. In 1990 she won the South Carolina Writers Conference prize for short fiction with “Restitution.” Her first novel, Haunting Refrain, was published by Silver Dagger Mysteries, an imprint of the Overmountain Press. Then she co-authored The Peeper, a suspense novel, with retired LEO Jim Christopher. Her next book, Cold Comfort, is due out from Echelon Press in January. Ellis is a member of Sisters in Crime and Romance Writers of America. Ellis's home is in the South Carolina Piedmont with her husband, two dogs, and assorted strays.
