Richard Kluger

Richard Kluger is a novelist and social historian whose book Simple Justice is widely regarded as the definitive chronicle of the Supreme Court’s landmark 1954 decision outlawing school segregation. He also wrote Ashes to Ashes, a sweeping exposé of the US tobacco industry that earned him the Pulitzer Prize. The best known among his seven well-regarded novels are Members of the Tribe and The Sheriff of Nottingham.
