Ellis Thorne

Ellis has been an equestrian since she was 10 years old, so her love of horses shines through in her novels. Having lived in England, Bermuda and four different States in the USA, she has a wide experience of cultures and animals to draw on. Currently living on a small farm with two horses, dogs, cats, chickens and a bunny, all the animals in the novels are based on one or more of these - Blaze and Max predominantly. Her writing career began in writing articles about food and then healthy living for magazines, which she did for over 20 years before embarking on her first novel.
