Polly Edsell1

A classically trained Voice Over Artist and Audiobook Narrator based in London, Polly Edsell has nearly 100 titles to her name and has worked with leading studios, publishers, and authors across the UK and internationally. Known for her warm native RP tone, sharp comedic timing, and versatility, she brings clarity, depth, and character to every performance.

After graduating from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, she joined the Royal Shakespeare Company, performing in Stratford-upon-Avon. Following her time on stage, she transitioned into voice acting, where she has continued to build a dynamic and diverse portfolio.

Having lived in France, Switzerland, and Italy, and studied French and Italian at University of Bristol, she is fluent in both languages. She also has a strong working knowledge of Spanish and an excellent ear for German pronunciation, making her well suited to multilingual and international projects.

She records from a fully equipped professional home studio and is equally happy to travel to external studios as required.
