Julia Turshen

Julia Turshen is a New York Times bestselling cookbook author. She writes a twice-weekly newsletter, teaches online cooking classes, and farms part-time at Long Season Farm. The Washington Post called her latest cookbook, What Goes with What, “absolutely genius.”
