Caitlin Alice Gilbert

Caitlin Alice Gilbert is an author and screenwriter based in Los Angeles. Born in Michigan, she grew up between the Midwest and Fountain Hills, Arizona, home of the third-tallest year-round fountain.

She is a graduate of the University of Arizona where she studied Film and Television and Creative Writing. She has spent over ten years working in the streaming industry at companies such as Netflix, HBO Max, Disney, and the now defunct Watchable and Quibi, the downfalls of which were not her fault.When she’s not writing, Caitlin is taking in theatre or live music, playing tennis, cheering for Angel City Football Club, going on a long walk, or watching way too much TV.

Her debut novel, La Dolce Veto, publishes April 7, 2026 with Arndell Books.
